By creating an account or using Befobuy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
Befobuy is an AI-powered video advertisement generation platform operated by Befosync LLC. Users provide product listing details and Befobuy generates video ads. Generated ads include a public listing page where customers can view the video, product images, FAQs, and other listing data. Users may edit and regenerate ads at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Befobuy. Befosync LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Befobuy offers paid subscription plans billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Befosync LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active through the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your ads and associated data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any content you wish to keep before the grace period ends.
You retain ownership of any product content, images, and listing data you upload to Befobuy. By uploading content, you grant Befosync LLC a limited license to process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. cloud storage providers, CDN).
You may not use Befobuy to generate ads for illegal products or services, infringe on third-party intellectual property, spam or mislead consumers, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
Befobuy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated ads will meet any specific performance or conversion expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable — review your ads before publishing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Befosync LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Befobuy. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
